Return Process

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the parcel is sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot through our portal for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once your return reaches our atelier, it will undergo a quality check, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
